    Mark Howell graduated from UCLA with an acting bug and a communications degree before attending "Seiniger University" to get a degree in "career". After that, he toiled at Broyles and Associates as head copywriter and a creative director before striking out on his own as a freelancer and later co-founding Industrial Creative.

    Brad Kurtz is a Montanan who never expected in a million years to be working on advertising in Los Angeles. Having graduated from Montana State University with a B.A. in Graphic Design, he came to L.A. and cut his teeth on TV Guide ads for several networks, as well as feature film advertising and syndicated television work. Brad became Fox Broadcasting's first in-house Creative Director before leaving in 1997 to join Mark Howell in forming Industrial Creative.
